Meet Lori

Lori Lane is President and Managing Broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties highly successful New Homes Division and Senior Vice President of Luxury and Global.  After founding and growing Georgia Properties’ award-winning New Homes Division, Lori has earned her reputation as an industry innovator with an undeniable eye for excellence. Her many clients are some of the most respected builders and developers across Greater Atlanta.   She consistently represents 30 plus new construction communities in Atlanta and Savannah spanning 13 counties at any one time. 

During her tenor, Lori and her team have been nationally recognized for their award-winning strategies for the marketing and selling of new construction and have won hundreds of awards that celebrate outstanding achievement and excellence in home building and marketing.  This past year the New Homes Division and their clients took home over 30 Professionalism (OBIE) awards presented by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association. In addition, the Luxury Collection was awarded Best Overall Marketing at the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate Fall 2024 Conference.

Lori has established herself as a powerhouse in the residential real estate industry, generating over $400 million in sales in 2023. In addition, she manages the Luxury Collection marketing and under her leadership the award-winning black and white Luxury Collection campaign was created and launched in 2015.  Since its conception, Luxury Collection sales have seen an increase of 486% in total sales volume and a 370% rise in total units sold.  These numbers positioned her New Homes Division as one of the leading Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices offices in the SE region for the last 24 months and earned a coveted spot among the Top 30 offices in the entire Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices global network.

Lori has garnered an impressive array of awards and honors, including recognition in Who’s Who in Residential Real Estate by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, as well as accolades such as Power Players and Top Real Estate Professionals from The Atlantan. She has also been celebrated as a Woman of Power and Influence by Modern Luxury and recognized as a RISMedia Newsmaker Achiever, Influencer, and Trailblazer.
