Before founding LLane & Co, Lori built a distinguished real estate career spanning more than two decades. She began specializing exclusively in new construction in 2003 and went on to serve as President and Managing Broker of the New Homes Division she built for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, while also holding the role of Senior Vice President of Luxury and Global.

Throughout her career, Lori led the sales, marketing, and successful sell-out of more than 400 new home communities, generating over $5 billion in total sales volume and earning more than 500 industry awards, including multiple Community of the Year honors.

Today, Lori remains affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties as an Associate Broker and continues to advise on strategy and execution, while leading LLane & Co with a highly personalized, builder-focused model—combining creativity, strategic insight, and deep industry expertise to shape the future of new home construction and luxury real estate across Greater Atlanta.
