After founding and growing Georgia Properties’ award-winning New Homes Division, Lori has earned her reputation as an industry innovator with an undeniable eye for excellence. Her many clients are some of the most respected builders and developers across Greater Atlanta. She consistently represents 30 plus new construction communities in Atlanta and Savannah spanning 13 counties at any one time. 
 
During her tenor, Lori and her team have been nationally recognized for their award-winning strategies for the marketing and selling of new construction and have won hundreds of awards that celebrate outstanding achievement and excellence in home building and marketing. This past year the New Homes Division and their clients took home over 30 Professionalism (OBIE) awards presented by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association. In addition, the Luxury Collection was awarded Best Overall Marketing at the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate Fall 2024 Conference.
